Freshly remodeled beach condo paradise. As soon as you walk into this beautiful coastal farmhouse- themed condo you will fall in love with the décor and the view of the ocean.

The sugar white Gulf beach is only a few steps from your front door - take the elevator to the parking area and then step onto the boardwalk. You are on the beach! The condo is located in The Vue, the most sought after condo building in Mexico Beach because of the location (no street to cross and all you hear is the ocean waves!  The pool and hot tub area are on the roof top, so you can relax and enjoy beautiful beautiful panoramic views and unforgettable sunsets. The grilling area and outdoor shower are located on the boardwalk and each unit has its own outside beach gear storage area.

Upon entering, you will notice Beach RendezVue's  upscale and luxurious feeling with over 1700 square feet - the largest floorplan at the Vue. This 3 bedroom/2 bath unit has  breathtaking views. You and your family will have plenty of space to spread out and relax.

The condo feature's many upscale amenities including granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, fully stocked kitchen, luxury vinyl tile (LVT) floors throughout, covered parking with elevator access. Living room has a huge relaxing sectional sofa and a 75" smart TV, and secure high speed WiFi access.

Dining area has a table that seats 6 and a counter bar area that seats 3. A fully stocked coffee bar area features a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, a French Press, a coffee grinder, starter set of coffee, K-Cups, sugar, and filters! 

You will find a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs - including Calphalon Hard-Anodized Nonstick cooking set, air fryer, George Foreman grill, Belgium waffle maker, and more.

Sink into luxury. The primary bedroom features a king bed with Kingsdown pillowtop bedding and ocean views as well as a seating/desktop area. The second and third bedrooms feature top quality bedding and there are wireless chargers in each room. Thick, comfy towels and linens are furnished, of course. The guest and primary bathrooms features double sinks with granite counter tops, huge bathtub encased in tile. Primary bath has a large shower with tile floor to ceiling - perfect after a day at the beach. Beach RendezVue sleeps 6 in beds and up to 3 more on a queen blowup mattress and a cot, if needed. 

During season - from May 1 - October 31 - we provide complimentary beach chair service for our guests. Every day (weather permitting), two chairs and an umbrella will be set up for you just steps from the beach walkway. If you need more chairs, you can order them or bring you own, which you can store in the outside storage locker. We will have a few beach towels, just in case you need them. 

No one likes doing laundry, but if you need to, we've got you covered with a brand new washer and dryer. 

The condo has everything to make for a dream vacation. All you need to bring is a toothbrush and your groceries!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
