Thanks so much for providing such a warm and welcoming place to stay while in Mexico Beach. The unit was adorable. The location of Sea View is incredibly convenient to all areas including the beach. What more could you ask for? It felt like a little home away from home. We cant wait to come back!

We had a fabulous time. This place was very clean and everything you need to cook dinners or lunches. This unit overlooked the canal and we were directly across the street from the beach. Great place with a community pool and hot tub.

I would highly recommend Sea View 401! Directly across from the beach. We parked our car and never drove again! We could walk to everything, great food, great shops and great views. Clean 2 bedroom with everything you could ask for. The place is stocked with everything but your own food and drinks. Balcony overlooks the canal, pool to the left and ocean to the right. Great price and again great location. Thank you so much for making us feel at home. We will return.

THIS PLACE WAS AS CLEAN AS YOU CAN GET.EVERYTHING YOU MAY NEED PLUS MORE.ALOT OF THOUGHT IS PUT INTO YOUR STAY WHEN YOU BOOK HERE.WE HAVE BEEN TO MEXICO BEACH ABOUT 15 TIMES THIS PLACE AND THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BEST.THANK YOU SO MUCH.
