We were so fortunate to stay in this lovely condo during the time ours was being repaired from Hurricane Michael. It provided us an extremely comfortable place to rest and yes, everything was furnished! In fact, it was so well done I got a few ideas for my own place. April was a gracious host and we would highly recommend her properties to anyone staying in the area.

We enjoyed a nice relaxing Thanksgiving break at your place. The beds were very comfortable and the unit had everything we needed and more. We also loved that your place was dog friendly. Annabelle had a blast with us. We will definitely be back. Can’t wait to enjoy the pool next time!

This condo is very cozy and quiet. It's a great place to take your kids for a safe vacation. It is very close to great restaurants and shops.

We visited Mexico Beach in order to visit my nephew who is a marine. He was finishing training in Pensacola, and then moving on to his next training area. We enjoyed the slower pace in here, and will return for another vacation. The owner of the condo was very accommodating and flexible with our travel dates. My new favorite place !

This is our second year booking with April and both Sea View and Dream Catcher have been WONDERFUL experiences! The rentals are immaculately clean and well stocked with all the necessities! This was one of the best vacations we have ever taken to Florida. The condo was wonderful. Everything you might need is supplied. The beds are very comfortable and the furnishing are lovely. We booked this condo with some family friends to spend four nights near the beach. April communicated promptly with questions that we had concerning the condo, and sent us an information packet with everything that we needed to know. She was extremely helpful. The property itself is located just a short walk to the beach. Because we went after school started, there were only eight to ten other families staying at the condos. This allowed us to make full use of the pool and the bbq grills. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with pots, pans, glassware, flatware, and just about anything else we needed. They even had a spice rack! The master had it's own sizeable en suite bathroom and walk in closet, and the entire condo is handicap accessible! The guest room also had a comfortable bed and enough room to put a pack and play for a small child. We were able to rent the place with another family of three, cutting our costs in half. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the open concept of the living, dining, and kitchen area. There are a few restaurants around with some excellent food, including a great seafood place the locals all enjoy. Within walking distance, there is a grocery store, some souvenir shops and some places that sell beach items, but you will need to drive to Panama City if you need to get more than just the essential items. Overall, we only needed to make one trip to Walmart, and spent most of our time enjoying the beach and the pool. It's our first time using VRBO and I can't say more good things about our experience. The condo was exactly what the owners described and the customer service was excellent. April was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. We were looking for a comfortable place near the beach and we got exactly what we were looking for. We liked the privacy and we wanted to avoid the crowd in Panama City. Mexico Beach is a great place to go to. All accommodations were provided: beach chairs, towels and even charcoal for the grill. All of the appliances worked, no issues whatsoever. The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated and in a very safe quiet neighborhood. We will certainly return again and next time we will bring our relatives. There's plenty to do in Mexico Beach and the seafood is phenomenal. The restaurants are excellent and the staff are very friendly. We would highly recommend heading to Port St. Joe and Cape San Blas. Stay at this condo you won't be disappointed. Mexico Beach/Port St. Joe is a charming community. We were looking for quiet and relaxing and we found it at Waterside Villas. Dream Catcher was clean, well planned, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. New washer and dryer for our convenience. The bedrooms were comfortable, stocked with clean linens and soft pillows. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. This property was excellent at waterside village. Everything we could have ever imagined was there for us in the condo and if I might say so myself the king size bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in a while. If you want a beautiful and peaceful vacation, this is the place for you. Lovely condo with relaxing bed rooms and big screen tv. The kitchen has everything you might need for your stay. The pool is one of the best. Lots of area to sit and read or watch the children play in the water. Just a few sandy steps to the seldom crowed beach or the pier. Lots of very good food nearby. The Dream Catcher was exactly like it was described and more. The condo had everything you could possibly need for your stay. They even had a beach wagon to carry your things to the beach. It is in the perfect location being a short walk to the beach, restaurants and even a coffee house. April, the owner, even reached out to us during our stay to make sure everything was ok.
