We loved staying at the condo. The view was gorgeous especially at night with the moon glowing over the ocean. The condo has everything you need to have a wonderful time in Mexico beach. The condo's decor is very relaxing. We loved cooking in the kitchen, which has everything we needed to enjoy our meals. We will definitely be coming back.

First, let me say EVERYONE needs a place to release. This Has been a challenging year for everyone to say the least. So Going somewhere with less people and less stress is absolutely essential. No better place that Best Day ! We had unobstructed views of the Gulf. So every morning was started with that breathtaking view. Then the comfortable sofas..no wicker furniture here. Well equipped kitchen. Chairs and umbrellas for the beach. All I needed was dark wash cloths for makeup removal. Didn't want to mess up the white wash cloths.. lol. We did puzzles and had piece of paradise!

My retirement retreat turned into a virus escape. But what a comfortable spot to enjoy the beach when we could, and then escape to the balcony with a view of the gulf from very comfortable Adirondack chairs. It was quiet at night but still very busy with construction post hurricane. Everything was clean and the art was a pleasure. Loved the big master bedroom and I felt safe leaving the sliding door open to listen to the surf.

We stayed at Summerhouse 405 For 5 weeks starting Feb 1, 2020. Unit had pretty well been completed with only a couple of minor items. It was very well equipped. While the pool was operational it had minimal furniture available & the sauna & hot tub we still not operational. It will be back to its 5 star status once these items & landscaping are complete. The beach as always is spectacular. Owner Comment: Thank you so much, Nick! As one of the first guests to return to Mexico Beach, we were delighted you enjoyed your stay! Since your visit we have replaced all of the kitchen appliances and finished the final details. The landscaping at the condo will (hopefully) be completed by October 2020. So glad you enjoyed the view, which as you say, is spectacular. We loved having you and your lovely wife!

We had a most enjoyable time. The condo was fantastic, had so many little extras that you often don't find elsewhere. The kourig machine for one, boxes of Kleenex everywhere, pool towels and chairs, etc. But by far the best was the view. Outstanding! Access to the beach couldn't have been easier minus the road!! Oh and the beds were more comfortable than mine at home!! Would highly recommend a trip to Mexico Beach and staying here.

This condo was a perfect site for our extended family Thanksgiving trip. We had 2 adults and 4 kids in the condo and rented the one next door for another 4 adults and 2 kids. We could talk to each other from one balcony to the other and had plenty of room for everyone to have their space in their own rooms. The adults and kids loved the pool, sauna, hot tub area because we could all be close by even if some wanted to go get warm in the sauna or hot tub. We want to do it again!

This is the second time I have stayed in one of April's condo and both were very clean and very convenient to the beach and pool. April has gone out of her way to help me with my reservations and is always promt in answering any questions. Great places and great customer service!!
